✦ APPEARANCE DESCRIPTION: A full body reference of Griss can be found here. Which means that yes, he's always "tits out for the Fell Dragon", I'm so sorry. Griss wears this even in Elusia, which is a land covered in snow and ice, so he will not change, he's just gonna wear the worst clothes anyone's ever seen. Regardless, he's picky about his appearance - his tattoos and piercings are always carefully maintained and his hair is intentionally styled to be messy like that. He's generally very picky about clothing, preferring things that are easier to move and fight in over anything remotely fashionable. But mostly it's just the #aesthetic with him.

✦ CHANGES IN GAME: N/A

✦ DEMEANOR: Griss has two extremes in how he carries himself - he's either worked up and near-manic or he's lethargic and laid-back, with very little in between. The former state is present whenever he fights and whenever he's trying to pick a fight, but the latter state is generally his default. He doesn't seem to be truly bothered by anything and doesn't seem to really care about anything either. Griss tends to take up space and gestures freely while talking; he's the sort of person where you generally know where you stand with him because he's a terrible actor and doesn't bother 99% of the time.

✦ VOICE: I'm legally obligated to link Griss being a hot mess (CW: sadomasochism). There's also this one that covers most of his scenes - spoilers are present in both links! Griss is voiced by Jamison Boaz in English, which is the version I use. His voice is raspy and generally pretty low; he's not particularly loud unless he's worked up, and he generally sounds completely bored or sarcastic, even when he isn't trying to be.

✦ PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Griss is entirely unaccustomed to it, so he won't react well to it out of the blue, but maybe you could get him to warm up to it? Theoretically? If you really want to do that to yourself??
✦ RELATIONSHIPS: While I'm not opposed, this is a terrible idea, look at him. You can do so much better.
✦ PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: Let's discuss this first, but Griss is always down for a fight, even if he can't fight back as he is solely focused on his magical abilities. He just really likes to be hurt, I'm so sorry.
✦ MINDREADING: Probably not likely to come up, but let me know if it does and I'll share his thoughts!
✦ MAGICAL INFORMATION: Griss is a powerful Sage, a class that wields both offensive elemental magic (wind, in his case) and can heal allies or inflict statuses on enemies.

✦ IC OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: He tends to get really mad whenever people assume things about his relationship with Zephia, but I don't mind if that comes up so go for it!

WARNINGS

✦ SADOMASOCHISM: Unfortunately, due to who he is as a person, this is completely unavoidable with Griss. He casually talks about pain - both his and his enemies' - and gets really excited at the idea of being hurt. He never goes into detail about this, but he does bring it up frequently enough where it's likely to come up at random. It's worth noting that self-harm is never brought up, and I likewise will not be bringing that up.
✦ SUICIDAL IDEATION?: This section is specifically to say that Griss is not suicidal, but he can and will gleefully talk about being killed when in battle against his enemies - this looks close enough to suicidal ideation to be concerning, so I wanted to specifically mention it.
✦ CHILD ABUSE: Though Griss's backstory is left vague, I will be following a similar backstory to Gregory (a version of Griss from another world) who has child abuse in his backstory, specifically of the "raised by a crazy cult" sort. This is unlikely to come up unless your character has very close CR with Griss.
✦ ABUSE: Zephia's treatment toward the Four Hounds is questionable at best and often downright abusive. She treats them as family but is absolutely merciless in her punishments when they fail her. (One time involves using magic to burn them, another instance involves stabbing one of them.) Griss was treated better than the others and does not even recognize this behavior as abusive. It's hard to say how likely this is to come up as Zephia is incredibly important to Griss and he thinks she's amazing, so please let me know if you would like to avoid this topic.
✦ GENERALLY AWFUL: Though he doesn't have any other specific warnings, Griss is a terrible person and has zero brain to mouth filter about it. General warnings for war and murder apply here.
